If your question is about a purchase, it helps to include your device model and iOS version. Please don't email screenshots of your scans unless you want us to look at them.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are managed in your Apple Account — not in SkinRead:

• Open Settings on your iPhone.
• Tap your name, then Subscriptions (Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions).
• Select SkinRead, then change or cancel the plan.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Prices and plans are listed in our Terms of Service.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore a purchase

Using a new device, or reinstalled the app? Open SkinRead, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases, making sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought the subscription with.

Getting a better scan

• Use even, indirect daylight — avoid strong backlight and harsh overhead lamps.
• Hold the phone at eye level, face square to the camera.
• Remove glasses, pull hair back, and take off makeup for a truer read.
• Scan at a similar time of day so your trend is comparable.

Your data

SkinRead has no accounts — no registration, no login. Your results are stored on your device. To erase everything, see Data deletion. For what we process and who processes it, see our Privacy Policy.

SkinRead analyses the visible, cosmetic appearance of your skin. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is no substitute for professional care. If something on your skin worries you, please see a qualified professional.
